Ka’Reena T. Hull is a Junior Education major at Jacksonville University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Education for Instruction with a concentration in Community Engagement/Education. She is set to graduate in the spring of 2025. Ka’Reena is a passionate advocate for education and community development, excelling in leadership roles and making meaningful connections with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Ka’Reena serves as Co-Vice President of the Black Student Union, where she supervises organizational goals, mentors new members, and collaborates with the executive team to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion on campus. She is also a Community Trustee with the Student Inclusion Center, planning and executing events that foster community engagement and outreach. Beyond these roles, Ka’Reena is an active member of Advocates of Women Empowerment, focusing on professional development, mental health, and leadership for women.
Ka’Reena’s dedication to service extends beyond campus, as she has honed her skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving through coursework in leadership, civic engagement, and effective instructional strategies. She is proficient in tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canva, and is experienced in creating presentations and proposals that leave lasting impacts. Outside of academics and extracurriculars, Ka’Reena enjoys mentoring peers, exploring innovative approaches to education, and developing programs that address the diverse needs of learners.
