Set to graduate in May of 2025, Shanoy maintains a 4.0 GPA and is deeply committed to her academic and professional growth. She is a proud member of both the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and the Green Key Honor Society, highlighting her dedication to excellence in both academics and leadership. On campus, Shanoy is highly involved in student life, currently serving as the Chief of Operations for the Student Government Association after previously holding the position of Vice President. She is also a peer mentor, the Steering Committee Lead for New Student Experience, and the former President of the Caribbean Students Association. In addition, Shanoy is an active member of the Black Student Union and serves as a representative of young adults on the Tobacco-Free Jacksonville Board.One of her most cherished JU memories is her work with the New Student Experience team, where she had the opportunity to welcome and engage with incoming students, helping them transition to university life. Shanoy is passionate about healthcare management and is eager to pursue a master’s degree in healthcare administration, seeking out scholarship or fellowship opportunities to continue her studies. She is committed to making a positive impact in the healthcare field and serving her community through her future career.
